[Ocfs2-tools-devel] Global Heartbeat - Last drop?

Patches series includes seven unacked patches. The entire series can be
perused here.

* 0016-o2cb-Add-ops-add-node-and-remove-node.patch
atoi() to strtol().
Left AF_INET as is for now. The ipv6 is a bigger change as is.

* 0017-o2cb-Add-ops-add-heartbeat-remove-heartbeat-and-hear.patch
Issue here was the usage printing. That was addressed by another patch.

New incompat is removed from the default list.

Enable clusterinfo sets the active stack in clusterinfo.

* 0035-libocfs2-Add-OCFS2_FEATURE_INCOMPAT_CLUSTERINFO-to-l.patch
New incompat is added to the default list.

* 0036-debugfs-Add-T-to-logdump.patch
logdump -T prints a summary of the inode.

* 0037-o2cbtool-Utilize-defines-for-heartbeat-modes.patch
Make use of HEARTBEAT_TAGs instead of hardcoded strings.
