[Ocfs2-tools-devel] [PATCH 0/3] Fix holes in directories v2

This patchset fixes directory corruptions where directories have holes
because of incorrect extent_record or i_size.

This also creates indexes for directories which were disabled by the
kernel in the patch posted on Aug 3 - Avoid EROFS in case of dx dir
errors v2
