	Let's start using kernel terminology.  SoB is for chain of
custody.  Ack is for review.
	So if you send patches to Sunil, and Sunil commits them, he adds
his Signed-off-by: line.  But if you are committing them yourself, with
Sunil's approval, you add his Acked-by: line.  In other words, never add
a Signed-of-by: line for anyone but yourself.
