[Ocfs2-tools-devel] o2hbmonitor patches

The following two patches are required by few customers to monitor ocfs2 disk
heartbeating. The patches are based on ocfs2-tools 1.4.

If the feature looks to be good enough to merge in mainline, please let me know
so I'll send a separate set based on mainline for review.

This patch needs kernel changes which are merged into mainline.
