[Ocfs2-tools-devel] Fifth set of patches for global heartbeat

This fifth set introduces a new incompat feature flag CLUSTERINFO which
allows us to use the clusterinfo field in the superblock for the o2cb stack too.
Not just userspace stack as was the case earlier. It also introduces the concept
of cluster stack flags and adds a global heartbeat flag for o2cb.

Most of the patches deal with the two. As in, libocfs2, libo2cb, mkfs, mount,
mounted are taught to handle the two flags.

Two patches are different. One adds -U to mkfs to allow users to provide custom
UUIDs. The other changes the default linking for fsck and the new o2cb tool from
detect to dynamic.

Only one more set remaining but it deals only with the o2cb init script.
