This is untouched since we calculate the end offset beforehand.

However, the patch does not update db_free_rec_len. I got the
impression that it is unused from the header file, wheras it is
actually being used in ocfs2.ko. Does db_free_rec_len represents the
size of (only) the hole, or the size of the dir_entry which contains
the hole?
