	I take it back.  This runs into a host of problems.  First, of
course, is the high likelyhood of getting it wrong.  If this is a habit,
not an exceptional thing, then it is likely you'll forget a mounted node
at some point.  And since you *have* to run in --force mode, you'll
always run that way without checking.
	Secondly, there's the question of mapping devices.  Your ocfs2
is probably a partition in a disk image.  So making it visible to dom0
takes some work to get right.
	Finally, Sunil points out that if we allow tune, people will
expect to also mount it from dom0 to make other modifications.  The only
way to do that is to bring up the cluster.  And then they have a cluster
configuration for tune.
	It's very analogous to trying to modify a LUN from a SAN array
rather than from the client.
