[Ocfs2-tools-devel] [0/11] Support libdlm via libo2dlm

These patches give the ocfs2-tools access to libdlm via the libo2dlm
library.  Thus, ocfs2 tools do not need an API change to work with
userspace cluster locking for normal operation.

With this change we can also add fsck and mkfs defaults to handle the
userspace stack environment.

This series builds on the stack-user series sent previously.  The code
is also available via git, in the 'stack-user' branch.
