[Ocfs2-tools-devel] Add inline data support in ocfs2-tools.

Hi all,
	Inline data support has been added into ocfs2 for a long time, but 
because of the lack of tools support, it isn't usable even with all the 
codes committed in. This patch series try to enable tools support for 
inline data. With new formatted ocfs2 volume, you can use inlined file 
and benefit from it.
	The first 5 patches come from Mark and Sunil. Credits should also be 
given to them. Thanks.
