[Ocfs2-tools-devel] [PATCH 0/4] ocfs2-tools: build changes for custom CFLAGS

The following patches make some minor build system changes so that builders
of ocfs2-tools can specify a custom CFLAGS variable. This is done by some
distro auto-builders (such as Fedora) and it would help adoption of
Ocfs2-tools packages if we honored them. The nice thing about all this is
that it actually cleans up our CFLAGS munging quite a bit - almost all
redundancy is removed and configure gets smarter with respect to detecting
the right debug/optimization flags to set.
