[Ocfs2-tools-devel] Patch for debugfs.ocfs2 icheck command

Hi, all

I have added the ``icheck'' command to debugfs.ocfs2.  Enclosed please find 
the patch for your review.

I have tested it with large files which have depth=1 and depth=2.
