    mkfs.ocfs2: Don't overwrite filesystems with unknown features.
    
    If mkfs.ocfs2 encountered an ocfs2 filesystem with unknown features, it
    would go ahead and overwrite it without checking the cluster first.
    This is unsafe behavior.
