commit 0ead2f1b45568ca441cb3ed679efbbd7eeb68d98
Author: Mark Fasheh <mfasheh at suse.com>
Date:   Wed Aug 20 17:49:41 2008 -0700

    ocfs2_controld.pcmk: Complete implementation of kill_stack_node()

    This plugs ocfs2_controld.pcmk into the pacemaker-provided stonith library,
    so that kill_stack_node() can initiate fencing of a misbehaving node.

commit d0c2ab834b5828d26a8161a4a9c9401a25dc884a
Author: Mark Fasheh <mfasheh at suse.com>
Date:   Wed Aug 20 17:41:45 2008 -0700

    ocfs2_controld.pcmk: Fill in our_nodeid

    We were never filling in our_nodeid, which needs to correspond to the local
    nodeid value. Instead, it was left at '0' - the value for invalid node id!

    ocfs2_controld.pcmk: Use CRM_SERVICE instead of hard-coded value

    While we're there, we can clean up some unnecessary braces.
