[Ocfs2-test-devel] Added new tests to the RPM package

It has been a long time since we last spun a RPM package for ocfs2test.

I have made the modifications to add the new tests and bumped the
ocfs2-test rpm version to 1.0.4

The following tests were not build as they are not in the list of
subdirs in programs/Makefile:

 - bug-fix-check
 - dx_dirs_tests
 - o2dlm-polltest
 - tailtest

If the tests above need to be added, this would be a good time to do so.
