[Ocfs2-test-devel] ocfs2-test: Small fixes

This series of small patches fixes the following:

- quota_tests Makefile had a reference to open_delete.py. That was removed.
- buildkernel always check if the the directories are useable by checking
  the size. Added an option to bypass that check.
- With the addition of the new tests acl_tests, inode_alloc and quota_tests,
  they were built but not added to the RPM. This patch fix it.
