[Ocfs2-test-devel] ocfs2-test: Take 2 - Finish openmpi migration

I'm resending these patches and some additional ones. 
 
 Completing the migration to openmpi.
 
 Difference from the original:
 
 1. Added suggestions from Tristan to validate mpirun return codes.
 2. Patch to fix the config.sh/config.py files when building RPMs.
 3. Added validation of mpirun return codes to open_delete.py and
    run_lvb_torture.py

Included Tristan suggestions about return codes. Now, returning 1 whenever
it fails;  and cleaned up references to LAM/MPI (lamboot/lamexec/recon) and
mpi-run-parts that is not used anymore.
