[Ocfs2-test-devel] [PATCH 6/9] ocfs2-test: python_common - Converted from LAM/MPI to OpenMPI.

Removed the following functions that were used by LAM/MPI:
	StartMPI
	mpi_runparts
	mpi_run
	lamexec
