So no matter what the transaction(which owns the buffer's metadata) is, 
committing or running.

The 'b_next_transaction' was always expected to point to the current 
running transaction, whereas
in this case, it showed address of affected pointers as follows when BUG 
occurs:

transcation = ffff880135d64bc0, jh->b_transaction = ffff880135d645c0, 
jh->b_next_transaction = (null),
journal->j_committing_transaction = ffff880135d645c0

Btw, I'm afraid to say it's a BUG which probably was introduced by 
'index-dirs'. NONE index-dirs fs never hit this before.
