Do:
# depmod -a
followed by,
# load_ocfs
We are missing the depmod in a script.
Also, ensure there is a link to /lib/modules/2.4.21-EL-hugemem-ABI/ocfs
in /lib/modules/2.4.21-27.0.4.ELhugemem.
If not, do,
# /etc/init.d/ocfs start
