That's a very old version.

I would recommend you upgrade to 1.0.14 (released Jan 2005).
http://oss.oracle.com/project/ocfs

Click on "Download" and follow "United Linux" links.

The latest release I have for 2.4.21-215-smp is 1.0.12. (It's under old.)
You could go with that. Else upgrade kernel to a newer one
and make use of 1.0.14. Check README for details.
