[Ocfs-users] Error Status = -999 messages

>From the errors it appears that you were renaming a file when it
happened. Now as part of rename, the fs tried to acquire the cluster
lock on the file and that failed.

The actual cause of the failure is not clear, though. Could be stack
corruption (very unlikely) or ENOMEM in kernel or something else.

In any case, the error should be harmless. As in the rename failed. Try
it again.

As a safety, run fsck.ocfs on the volume.
