[Ksplice][Ubuntu-16.10-Updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety

On July 20th, 2017, Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety reached end of life, and so
there will be no additional Ubuntu Security Notices or other updated
packages for Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety. As a result, Ksplice will not be
providing any additional updates for Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety.

We recommend that all systems running Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety upgrade to a
newer version of Ubuntu that is supported by the vendor.
