[Ksplice][Ubuntu-16.04-Updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus)

On April 30, 2021, Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus) reached end of life,
and so there will be no additional Ubuntu Security Notices or other
updated packages for Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus). As a result, Ksplice
will not be providing any additional updates for Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus).

We recommend that all systems running Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus)
upgrade to a newer version of Ubuntu that is supported by the vendor.
