[Ksplice][Ubuntu-14.04-Updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty

On April 24, 2019, Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty reached end of life, and so there will be
no additional Ubuntu Security Notices or other updated packages for Ubuntu 14.04
Trusty without Extended Support from Canonical. As a result, Ksplice will not be
providing any additional updates for Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty.

We recommend that all systems running Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty upgrade to a newer
version of Ubuntu that is supported by the vendor.
