[Ksplice-ubuntu-14.04-updates] Initial Support

Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty was released and the Ksplice team is happy to 
announce support for this latest release. Customers and free version 
users who install Ksplice now can keep their kernel up-to-date without 
requiring a reboot.

The free desktop version can be obtained from:

Legacy customers can follow the installation process located at:
