[Ksplice][Ubuntu-13.04-Updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Ubuntu 13.04 Raring

On January 27, 2014, Ubuntu 13.04 Raring reached end of life, and so
there will be no additional Ubuntu Security Notices or other updated
packages for Ubuntu 13.04 Raring. As a result, Ksplice will not be
providing any additional updates for Ubuntu 13.04 Raring.

We recommend that all systems running Ubuntu 13.04 Raring upgrade to a
newer version of Ubuntu that is supported by the vendor.
