[Ksplice][Ubuntu-12.04-Updates] Announcing support for Ubuntu 12.04.04

The Ksplice team is happy to announce support for Ubuntu 12.04, the 
Saucy 13.10 HWE kernel on Precise (12.04). Customers who install Ksplice 
now can keep their kernel up-to-date without requiring a reboot.
