[Ksplice-Fedora-22-updates] End of life of Ksplice Uptrack for Fedora 22

On July 19, 2016, Fedora 22 reached end of life, and so there will be no 
additional Fedora Update Notifications or other updated packages for 
Fedora 22.  As a result, Ksplice will not be providing any additional 
updates for Fedora 22.                                                  

We recommend that all systems running Fedora 22 upgrade to a newer 
version of Fedora that is supported by the vendor.
