Synopsis: Updated fix for CVE-2013-7466.

Ksplice has released a replacement update for CVE-2013-7466.  Under
specific conditions, the previous fix could result in a system hang.  We
recommend updating systems with uptrack-upgrade to install the
replacement update, systems with "autoinstall = yes" in
/etc/uptrack/uptrack.conf will have the replacement installed
automatically and do not need to take any action.
