I'm having major problems trying to get hangcheck installed on my server.
make
cc -I /usr/src/linux-2.4.20-rc2-orafw/include -DVERSION_STR="\"0.8.0\"" -DMODULE -D__KERNEL__ -DLINUX -c -o
hangcheck-timer.o hangcheck-timer.c
[root at dbsvrnode1 hangcheck-0.8.0]# insmod /root/hangcheck/hangcheck-0.8.0/hangcheck-timer.o
/root/hangcheck/hangcheck-0.8.0/hangcheck-timer.o: unresolved symbol kernel_flag_cacheline
/root/hangcheck/hangcheck-0.8.0/hangcheck-timer.o: unresolved symbol set_cpus_allowed
/root/hangcheck/hangcheck-0.8.0/hangcheck-timer.o: unresolved symbol cpu_data
As you can see, the compile works just fine, but when I try to do the insmod I am getting several unresolved symbols. Any ideas or suggestions?
This box was initially installed with a default Redhat Advanced Server 2.1 OS. It was running the 2.4.9-e.3 kernel, but in order for us to use OCFS (oracle clustered file-system) and firewire we decided to go with 2.4.20-rc2-orafw kernel released by oracle.
Thanks,
	Chad M.
