[fedfs-utils] [PATCH 0/8] Fixes from the September 2013 NFS bake-a-thon

Here are a group of fixes for 0.10-devel found during the recent NFS
bake-a-thon as well as a few from lint tools used while preparing
distro packaging.

Nothing terribly exciting, and some you've seen before for
0.9-stable.  But I thought I'd drain my patch backlog before
moving on to the larger features for 0.10.

Review period for these patches ends Monday, October 28, 2013 at
midnight ET.

The remaining work I have at the moment:

  o  Commit the new Python tools
  o  Change to use a simpler mechanism for discovering an NSDB's NCE
  o  RPCSEC GSS support for rpc.fedfsd and the fedfsc tools
  o  Update installation documentation for 0.10
