[fedfs-utils] support for junctions in RHEL 6 nfs-utils

Hi-

At the NFS bake-a-thon last month we discussed the possibility of adding junction resolution support to RHEL 6 nfs-utils.  Here are the upstream commits I believe are necessary to enable junction resolution support in mountd.

I'm posting here first for review and comments.  When we are confident this approach can work for RHEL 6, I can file a bugzilla requesting the change.
