[fedfs-utils] support for junctions in RHEL 6 kernels

Hi-

At the NFS bake-a-thon last month we discussed the possibility of adding junction support to RHEL 6 kernels.  Here are the two commits I believe are necessary to enable NFSD upcalls when the kernel encounters a junction.
