[fedfs-utils] [PATCH 0/3] Proposing fedfs-utils 0.9.2

I propose the second maintenance release of fedfs-utils 0.9 to
improve distributions' ability to package fedfs-utils.

For the time being I've left out David Disseldorp's Makefile changes
until we have a better understanding of the problem he has hit.  I
have been unable to reproduce his issue on Fedora.
