[fedfs-utils] Installing fedfs-utils on Fedora 18

Hi Ian-

I tried something simple on Fedora 18 alpha:

 [root at localhost ~]# yum install fedfs-utils
 Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
 updates-testing/group_gz
 No package fedfs-utils available.
 Error: Nothing to do
 [root at localhost ~]#

This means testers have to install each package separately.  Not a big deal if they are using PackageKit.  Still, it would be nice to have a single dummy package that could install everything but -devel and -debuginfo, similar to 389-ds.

Is there a reason not to do that?
