[fedfs-utils] [PATCH 0/6] Proposed patches for fedfs-utils-0.6.2

No comments received.  However, I've found some more minor issues along these lines in the nsdb client tools.

I'll try to post fedfs-utils-0.6.2 sometime next week with all of these patches.
