Synopsis: ELSA-2026-64808-0 can now be patched using Ksplice
CVEs: CVE-2026-52933 CVE-2026-53000 CVE-2026-64384

Users with Oracle Linux Premier Support can now use Ksplice to patch
against the latest Oracle Linux Security Advisory, ELSA-2026-64808-0.

INSTALLING THE UPDATES

We recommend that all users of Ksplice Uptrack running RHCK 9 install
these updates.

On systems that have "autoinstall = yes" in /etc/uptrack/uptrack.conf,
these updates will be installed automatically and you do not need to
take any action.

Alternatively, you can install these updates by running:

# /usr/sbin/uptrack-upgrade -y


DESCRIPTION

* CVE-2026-52933: Incorrect ownership check in io_uring poll.

* CVE-2026-53000: Use-after-free in Netfilter NAT hooks.

* CVE-2026-64384: Double free in SMB change-notify replay.

* Note: Oracle has determined some CVEs are not applicable.

The kernel is not affected by the following CVEs
since the code under consideration is not compiled.
