Description of changes:

[5.18-2.1]
- Fix incorrect syscall name reporting in restart_syscall() on attach when
  PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO is in use (RHEL-8570).
- Update net-yy-inet*, linkat--secontext_mismatch, and prctl-sve tests.
