DESCRIPTION

* Performance improvement when reading /dev/cgroup/memory/memory.numa_stat.

Rework the logic used when reading /dev/cgroup/memory/memory.numa_stat
to improve its performance.

Orabug: 35879962

* CVE-2023-42754: Denial-of-service on IPV4 link failure.

A missing check on IPV4 link failure could lead to a NULL pointer
dereference. A local attacker could use this flaw to cause a denial-of-
service.

* CVE-2023-31085: Denial-of-service in UBI driver.

The UBI driver did not properly handle MTD devices with zero erasesize,
which could trigger a divide-by-zero exception while attaching UBI
devices. A local privileged attacker could use this flaw to cause a
denial-of-service.

* CVE-2020-26555: Permission bypass from an unauthorized nearby Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth legacy BR/EDR PIN code pairing in Bluetooth Core Specification
1.0B through 5.2 may permit an unauthenticated nearby device to spoof
the BD_ADDR of the peer device to complete pairing without knowledge
of the PIN.

* CVE-2023-5178: Privilege escalation in NVMe over Fabrics TCP.

A logic error when using NVMe over Fabrics TCP could lead to a
use-after-free. A remote attacker could use this flaw to escalate
privileges.

Orabug: 36028026

* CVE-2023-5717: Privilege escalation in the Linux kernel's Performance Events.

A logic error in the Linux kernel's Performance Events could lead to a
heap out-of-bounds write. A local attacker could use this flaw to cause
a denial-of-service or escalate privileges.
