- Added missing size_t bin_unused element to jemalloc_stats_t structure 
within jemalloc_types.h
- Fixed sqlite3.c un-initialized variable error that causes build to fail.
- Added missing TaggedAnonymousMemory.h header needed for jemalloc.c
