- Set net.rdmaip.trigger_active_bonding on service start and stop
- set net.rdmaip.active_bonding.patch [Orabug 27741130]
- Require the 7u5 package oraclelinux-release instead of the file
   /etc/system-release to ensure all upgrade scenarios are covered
   [bug 27882831]
- Restore requirement for /etc/system-release to ensure that
   oraclelinux-release is pulled in [bug 27882831]
- modify SUBSCRIPTION_MSG
