Description of changes:

[2.26.1-7]
- Split off a separate -doc package (as is done currently in RHEL7)
   to avoid multilib conflicts with gtk-doc.
   Resolves: rhbz#1065429

[2.26.1-4]
- Remove /usr/bin/gsettings and g_settings_*() symbols; many
   projects such as OpenJDK and VMWare Workstation conflate the
   existence of these symbols with the presence of gsettings-desktop-schemas
   schemas such as org.gnome.system.proxy.
   Resolves: rhbz#1065429
