- remove hugepage settings from kdump command line (Sriharsha Yadagudde)

- export DM_DISABLE_UDEV=1 to tell device mapper and lvm that there is 
no udev support in kdump initrd, and modify lvm.conf as well. [Orabug: 
16561795]
