- Oracle Bug 16979442: do not rename public-yum repo file when
registering with ULN (Guido Tijskens)
- renamed public yum channel names in public-yum repo file
- eventually rename channels in public-yum repo file to public_ol6
- disable all channels in public repo files when registering with ULN
- Move public yum logic into rhn_check. Fix the missing public-yum
function in rhnreg_ks (Leon Wang)
