Users with Oracle Linux Premier Support can now use Ksplice to patch
against this Bug Fix Advisory.

We recommend that all users of Oracle Linux 6 install these updates.

Users of Ksplice Uptrack can install these updates by running :

# /usr/sbin/uptrack-upgrade -y
On systems that have "autoinstall = yes" in /etc/uptrack/uptrack.conf,
these updates will be installed automatically and you do not need to
take any additional action.

Description of changes:

* ext4 filesystem corruption on fallocate.

Attempting to fallocate() a file over 4GB with insufficient space on an
ext4 filesystem could result in corruption of the filesystem image.

* Don't fail starting FCOE in uniprocessor environment.

Starting FCOE in uniprocessor environment will fail due to restrictions
in per-cpu maximum allocation size. Restrict the amount allocated for
exchanges to fix that.

* Reference count leak in futex transparent hugepage handling.

The futex code was not properly releasing futexes located on transparent
hugepages, leading to refcount mismatch and hitting bugchecks.

* Denial of service in futexes located in special memory regions.

When using a futex located in a specially mapped memory region, such as the
gate area for example, the kernel thread trying to retrieve the page
mapping would be stuck in an infinite loop trying to acquire the mapping.
