- Add thunderbird-oracle-default-prefs.js for errata rebuild and
   remove thunderbird-redhat-default-prefs.js
- Replaced clean.gif in tarball

- Added fix for mozbz#683449 - Remove the exemptions
   for the Staat der Nederlanden root
