Description of changes:

[2.1.3-1]

- ramdisks do not need partitions to be considered candidates.  They are now properly whitelisted.
- Fixed problem with oracleasm update-driver-otn command  matching some kernel drivers. 
- Support for SLES11 is added to the vendor configuration.
