- Update to PostgreSQL 7.3.18 to fix CVE-2007-0555
Resolves: #225493
- Note: postgresql-7.3-spinlock.patch no longer needed, as patch was
  applied upstream awhile back; ditto postgresql-7.3-ssl-leak.patch.
  postgresql-7.3.4-security.patch was long since applied upstream too;
  looks like we've been inserting a useless test into a different loop...
