[Berkeley DB Announce] SURVEY: New Feature, BDB Dynamic Resource Management

[Announcements related to the Berkeley DB product family.]

In an upcoming release, we will be announcing the ability to dynamically, at runtime, automatically grow the number of objects Berkeley DB manages in its various subsystems, e.g., transactions, locks, lock objects, etc. This change adds some new APIs, so we are soliciting your feedback on the old APIs.
