Yes, you can compile using Visual Studio 2005.

Once the errors are fixed the file will be output to:

build_wince/Debug_PocketPC2003_ARMV4/ if you built in debug mode for the 
PocketPC2003 target platform. Or a correspondingly named folder for 
other configurations.
